The time will come in every businesses’ life when it runs into a legal problem. Perhaps a customer refuses to pay the bill or accuses your BusinessGenerative of defective work. Perhaps a subcontractor has not performed as agreed. Perhaps a shareholder or member of your company wishes to separate. Or, maybe you end up on the other side of any of these issues, damaged by a contractor or frozen out of a BusinessGenerative you helped grow. In these situations, one of the most important factors controlling how well the dispute will go is how well you prepared for it beforehand. The more educated you are, the better your chances will be of ensuring justice is done!
