Melissa Rolli
Paralegal / Office Manager
Melissa Rolli is a seasoned paralegal and office manager with over 20 years of experience across a wide range of legal practice areas. Known for her calm under pressure, strong multitasking skills, and commitment to client service, she is a dependable and valued part of the team.
She began her career in the United States Army, where she developed the discipline and attention to detail that continue to define her work today. Since then, she has supported solo practitioners, mid-sized firms, and an international tier-one law firm, and has served as an e-discovery administrator for a large organization.
In her dual role, Melissa provides comprehensive support to attorneys, including drafting legal documents, coordinating mediations and conferences, and managing case logistics—while also ensuring the office runs smoothly. Her office management responsibilities range from vendor coordination and calendar oversight to implementing efficient administrative systems that keep the team operating at its best.
After moving to Colorado, Melissa became a freelance journalist as a way to immerse herself in her new community. That experience not only deepened her connection to local voices and stories but also strengthened her ability to write clearly, ask the right questions, and communicate with purpose—skills she now applies every day in the legal field. Her background in English and History, earned through dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of New Mexico, along with her studies at the Denver Publishing Institute, has shaped her thoughtful and articulate approach to both writing and legal support.
Outside of work, Melissa has volunteered thousands of hours with organizations such as Cub Scouts, her children’s PTO, and Pikes Peak Writers. She enjoys running, hiking, and, of course, writing—and hopes to see her name on the New York Times Bestsellers list one of these days.
